Such an amount of bran will not affect weight loss, but will also prevent the dysfunction of the intestines, as it contains fiber.

Since protein is consumed in unlimited quantities, water serves as an aid in the excretion of ammonia, a product of the breakdown of proteins. This is the most difficult period in the diet.
